Shanne Sastiel, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Sastiel was born and raised in Los Angeles and graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Biochemistry from UCLA. He then went on to attend UCSF School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) and later his master’s degree in oral and craniofacial sciences, as well as his postgraduate training and certificate in periodontics. During his time at UCSF, he received the prestigious award for Outstanding Achievement in Periodontics by the American Academy of Periodontics.

 His passion for dentistry stems from his desire to educate and care for patients. He believes that the highest quality of dental care can only be achieved through communication and trust between a doctor and a patient. He does a variety of periodontal procedures with a gentle touch, including, but not limited to, placing dental Implants, extractions, bone and gum tissue grafting and improving patient smiles.
